Why is HoopNow different to other programs?

HoopNow places a particular focus on promoting basketball through a
relatable and social lens. Our team of coaches are all young and enthusiastic
and are keen to get out there and run with the players. Furthermore, rather
than a camp-style basis, we run our program weekly. We believe this consistency
is key to promoting positive social collaboration and development. Also, you
get to see your mates more!

What safety measures are being taken?

HoopNow aligns with Federal Government, Department of Human Services and
Victorian Police requirements for all personnel involved within the HoopNow
program. Furthermore, HoopNow have the first aid, court safety and contact
administration to handle any unlikely incidents or accidents during the HoopNow
program.

At HoopNow we abide by strict safety, risk minimisation and privacy
policies. These policies are outlined in our employee contracts and client
packages which are signed prior to the commencement of a HoopNow session.

How can I be sure my child is receiving the
appropriate support?

The team at HoopNow goes through an individual training program that
upskills them as both basketball coaches and disability support workers. This
training is created in collaboration with a reputable disability organisation
and is overseen by our board of advisors which is comprised of highly esteemed
professionals within the basketball, education and disability community.

How do I pay? How much is the program?

Payment will be required upon enrolment in the program after the
expression of interest. Initially, we would like to know a bit about the potential participant and have a chat!

Upon commencement, we will send you weekly invoices to assist in making
the process with NDIS and ATO easier. Pricing
is specified on our Private Coaching page and in our pricing policy

Why should we trust the HoopNow team?

The HoopNow team is governed and accounted for by our board who oversee
all operations and provide professional educational, psychological, physical
development and legal advice in order to create and provide the best program we can.
